Overtime & availability
- 0 %Ordinary business hours (08:00–16:00) on weekdays.
- 50 %Weekdays after 17:00.
- 100 %Weekdays after 20:00 & weekend daytime.
- 200 %Weekend nights, public holiday daytime.
- 400 %Emergency / DFIR (no prior agreement), holiday nights, and inconvenient hours.
- On-call / standbyOptional retainer reserves capacity outside booked hours.
- Minimum calloutEach emergency callout is billed a minimum block.
- Response timeGraded by urgency, tier, and time of day.
Terms — at a glance
- Per started hourBilled per started hour; long-term engagements in 15-minute increments.
- DisbursementsExternal services, fees, and telecom at cost — e.g. storage media, cloud services, software licenses, and shipping.
- Payment due7 days from invoice date unless agreed otherwise.
- Initial consultNOK 2 500 + VAT for up to 60 min (non-urgent, new clients).
- Minimum feeNOK 5 000 + VAT for IR/DFIR & other urgent matters.
- B2B onlyNo services to private individuals or consumers.
- VAT25 % on services in/to Norway; intl. customers may be exempt.
- Currency basisNOK is base; EUR/USD do not track FX.
- NPOSpecial rates for non-profits — contact us to verify.
- Travel & on-siteTime and travel billed from Bergen, Norway, unless agreed otherwise.
- Written agreementRequired before work begins, except in declared emergencies.
